One to three volunteers are needed.

The ACC’s job is to review homeowner requests for alterations to their property and determines if it complies with the Deed Restrictions.  This supports the main purpose of the HOA – to protect and maintain property values of the 653 homeowners in the community. The PCA strives to stay fair yet vigilant in the assessment of the upkeep of the exterior of homes through enforcement of the published Deed Restrictions including  support of an Architectural Review process.

No previous experience is required to be on the committee.  The time commitment varies from a few hours per month to an anticipated maximum of 12 hours in any given month.  SBB Management Company receives the requests for review and is experienced to guide the committee in this useful volunteer position.  The ACC reports to the Board monthly.
