PROVIDENCE NATIONAL NIGHT OUT – Tuesday, October 6th
The Providence Community Association is sponsoring a fun-filled evening for the entire community – we want YOU, your family and neighbors to be part of it!
THE EVENING’S FUN ACTIVITIES
4:30 PM – Choose Your Adventure!
Clubhouse:
Kids can build their own kites!
Adults can complete their Community Survey for a chance to win later.
Playground:
Of course,Kite flying!
Kids can get their pictures taken inside the giant Pumpkin!
Adults can challenge their neighbors to a friendly game of Cornhole!
6:00 PM – Dinner at the Clubhouse!
Enjoy hot dogs, chips, veggies and cookies – good food and good neighbors make a great combination!
6:30 PM – Meet Our First Responders!
Gather at the Playground to hear from the men and women who serve and protect our community. Come meet them, thank them and let the kids see some of the people behind the uniforms!
7:30 PM – PRIZE DRAWING!
Your completed Community Survey becomes your ticket for the drawing. You could be one of our 4 lucky winners of a $25 Gift Certificate!
8:00 PM – LET THE BLOCK PARTIES BEGIN!
Block leaders can pick up folding chairs at the Playground and take them back to their blocks. Then it’s time for the neighborhood to come alive with block parties, visiting, laughter and getting to know the people who live around you! Or even just planning for next year’s National Night Out!
9:00 PM – National Night Out comes to a close.

Your Survey and National Night Out flyer are attached.
Don’t wait until Tuesday to complete your Survey! Start working on it now so you’ll be ready to put it in the prize drawing.
Even better – do it with a neighbor! You can talk about the questions together, get to know each other better, and each of you can enter your own completed Survey in the drawing.
And please help us spread the word! Use the attached flyer to invite neighbors who may not have their email registered with SBB Management.
NATIONAL NIGHT OUT IS ABOUT COMMUNITY. It’s about neighbors meeting neighbors, families having fun together, and building the kind of community where people look out for one another.

Our Subdivision
Providence recreational facilities include a clubhouse, Stanbridge Park, a 25 meter swimming pool, 3 tennis courts, and Tyler’s Field. Only Providence residents, who have a valid Providence facility pass, may use the Providence recreational facilities.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse is located at 9114 Woodleigh. This is where monthly HOA board meeting is held. It is also used for various community meetings and events.
Providence residents can rent this club house for private events. For more information or to rent the clubhouse, send an email to info@pca77083.org
Stanbridge Playground
The Stanbridge Park is located on Stanbridge just west of Woodleigh.
Park hours are from dawn to dusk.
Pools
The swimming facility is located at 9114 Woodleigh. It consists of 1 kid pool with cover, and 1 regular/adult pool with a deep end connected to it. Only residents and guests are allowed to use this facility. Residents must obtain an electronic key to enter the pool facility
Tennis Courts
The tennis/pickleball courts are located next to the pool, at 9114 Woodleigh. Only residents and guests are allowed to use the courts. The courts’s 2 gates are always locked and residents must obtain a key to enter the courts.
