Pool Facility & Tennis Court Keys

Saturday, June 27 was the last time scheduled for pool access cards and tennis court keys distribution for the summer season.  

New residents will need to contact the HOA Board by using the form on the Contact page

Costs for the cards and keys are listed below. Also, please have the waiver forms (#5 & #6 below) prepared beforehand and bring it to the Clubhouse to save time.

Pool Facility

• If you already have a card from last year, it’s just temporarily inactive and will be reactivated once you’ve signed this year’s waiver.
• If you’re new and need a card or you have lost your card and need a replacement, the cost is $10.

Waivers and the Pool Rules were included with the March Meeting notice and are attached again here (Scroll down. See #5 and # 6) for your convenience.

Tennis/Pickleball Courts

Exciting updates! Courts 1 & 2 are currently being resurfaced and striped for both tennis and pickleball—we’re looking forward to everyone enjoying the refreshed space. There are a new waiver and updated rules for court use, both included with this message.

• New court keys are $20 ea.
• If you already have a key from last year, you’ll just need to sign the updated waiver.

We’re excited for the upcoming season and look forward to seeing everyone out enjoying the PCA amenities!
