Yard of The Month

This month’s Yard of the Month happens to be along the Independence Day Parade route!  So be sure to notice the colorful garden areas at 14838 Charlmont, home of Nhan Le.

The two garden beds surrounding the beautifully sculpted junipers are a celebration of color and texture. A display of blooming annuals includes two shades of pink vinca, cheerful yellow asters, vibrant purple zinnias, and snapdragons in a rainbow of colors. A closer look reveals delicate Kauai Mix Torenia, brilliant yellow marigolds, and charming maroon dianthus, each adding its own unique character to this flourishing landscape.

Framing the home and low patio wall is another collection of eye-catching plants that provide both elegance and contrast. A fragrant white gardenia and graceful foxtail fern share space with the dramatic blooms of deep burgundy and brilliant orange cockscomb, while clusters of purple Gomphrena Amaranth add pops of rich color. The neatly manicured Sunshine Ligustrum shrubs are artfully trimmed to showcase their fresh golden-yellow new growth, bringing a warm glow to the garden. Completing the scene, an assortment of potted succulents lines the patio wall, adding interesting shapes, textures, and year-round appeal to this thoughtfully designed landscape.
