Election Result

The Annual Meeting of Homeowners was held at Arizona Fleming Elementary on January 12th.  There were about 25 in attendance, and enough proxies were brought in to make the quorum of 10% of the homeowners that is required to hold an election.  Thank you to all of the committed homeowners who took the time to go door to door to collect proxies from their neighbors.

There were 3 open positions for Directors and the results from the election were that:

Pat Lowery
Debbie Hollier
Roxanne Szumilas

will be PCA Directors with a 2-year term. Karen Blakeman has another year on her 2-year term, and a 5th Director will be appointed by the Board which will complete the 1 year remaining from the vacated position.  Each of the Board Members is committed to representing the community in maintaining and upgrading our amenities and keeping property values high.
