One to three volunteers are needed.
The ACC’s job is to review homeowner requests for alterations to their property and determines if it complies with the Deed Restrictions. This supports the main purpose of the HOA – to protect and maintain property values of the 653 homeowners in the community. The PCA strives to stay fair yet vigilant in the assessment of the upkeep of the exterior of homes through enforcement of the published Deed Restrictions including support of an Architectural Review process.
No previous experience is required to be on the committee. The time commitment varies from a few hours per month to an anticipated maximum of 12 hours in any given month. SBB Management Company receives the requests for review and is experienced to guide the committee in this useful volunteer position. The ACC reports to the Board monthly.
Volunteering for this important role is incredibly valuable for several reasons. Firstly, it provides an opportunity to give back to the community and make a positive impact. By dedicating your time and skills, you can help support and enhance the community’s success, which in turn benefits everyone involved. Additionally, volunteering can help you build and expand your network of neighbors. You’ll have the chance to meet and collaborate with like-minded individuals who share your passion and commitment to our community. These connections can lead to new opportunities and lasting relationships. Lastly, volunteering brings a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Knowing that you are contributing to something meaningful and making a difference in our neighborhood can be incredibly rewarding.
Overall, volunteering for this important role is a win-win situation. It not only supports the PCA’s goals but also provides you with personal growth, new connections, and a sense of accomplishment.
